Return Policy
Customers must obtain a
Return Authorization Number before attempting to return any merchandise. All
merchandise can be returned within 15 days of invoice date for a refund
amount of the original merchandise price. The customer is responsible for
all return shipping charges, and may use a carrier of their choice for
shipping back to ESE.
Restocking Fees
If merchandise is returned
for any reason, other then a miss shipped merchandise it will be subject to
an additional 15% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned to us in
original condition and within 15 days of our shipping date, or it
cannot be accepted for return.
